Program description

The Homeward Remodel SMS Program is an optional homeowner information text program. It offers a separate optional SMS enrollment choice for remodeling ideas, renovation resources, maintenance content, featured home projects, and requested notifications. Homeward Remodel is not a contractor, installer, repair company, or home service provider and does not perform, dispatch, supervise, guarantee, or warrant home improvement work.

Message categories

• Marketing texts: remodeling inspiration, renovation planning resources, home maintenance tips, project ideas, and featured homeowner tools.
• Account notifications: enrollment confirmations, acknowledgments of project submissions, requested reminders, and project or messaging preference updates.

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and submitting the form with a valid mobile number. Each category requires its own consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

First message

After enrolling you receive a confirmation for each selected category, for example:

• Homeward Remodel: You're enrolled in account notifications (enrollment, submission acknowledgments, requested reminders, preference updates). Homeward Remodel is not a contractor. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
• Homeward Remodel: You're enrolled in marketing texts with remodeling ideas, planning resources, and maintenance tips. Homeward Remodel is not a contractor. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Homeward Remodel: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
